Ben jij een handige technieker die graag machines aan de praat houdt? Dan zoekt onze klant in de regio Willebroek en Boom een Onderhoudstechnieker Mechanica die de productie draaiende houdt. Onze klant is een stabiel en goed georganiseerd bedrijf dat sterk inzet op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en vakmanschap.

Als mechanisch onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat de productiemachines en de technische installaties in het gebouw altijd goed werken. Je lost storingen op, voert onderhoud uit en denkt mee over verbeteringen. Samen met een collega-technieker vorm je een hecht duo met veel afwisseling en eigen verantwoordelijkheid.

Heb je minstens 1 jaar ervaring als onderhoudsmonteur, storingsmonteur of industrieel technieker? Dan is dit jouw kans op een vaste job met veel leermogelijkheden. Ook als je nog niet zoveel jaren ervaring hebt, maar wel technisch sterk bent en wil groeien, nodigen we je graag uit om te solliciteren.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je zoekt de oorzaak van mechanische storingen aan machines en productielijnen en lost ze snel op.
  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit: demonteren, monteren, afstellen en smeren van machineonderdelen.
  • Je controleert en vervangt onderdelen zoals lagers, aandrijvingen, kettingen, riemen en pneumatische componenten.
  • Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen zodat machines langer en vlotter draaien.
  • Je volgt de technische installaties in het gebouw op, zoals koelinstallaties en branddetectie.
  • Je stuurt externe firma's aan wanneer zij langskomen voor onderhoud of herstellingen.
  • Je registreert al je interventies en herstellingen in het onderhoudssysteem (CMMS).
  • Je beheert de stock aan wisselstukken en plaatst tijdig bestellingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-technieker en met de productieploegen.
  • Je hebt een technisch diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in mechanica, elektromechanica of een verwante richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar ervaring als allround storings- of onderhoudsmonteur.
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica en basiskennis van elektronica.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en kan je ook in het Engels goed redden.
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer en verschillende pc-programma's.
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken en om in een beurtrol op oproepbasis te werken in het weekend (permanentie).
  • Je bent zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen met collega's.
