Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag met machines en los je graag problemen op?

Voor onze productiesite in Oostrozebeke zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker / mechanieker om onze technische dienst te versterken.

Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze productielijnen en installaties goed blijven draaien. Je krijgt een gevarieerde technische functie waarin onderhoud, storingen, herstellingen en technische verbeteringen elkaar afwisselen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan productiemachines en technische installaties.
  • Mechanische storingen opsporen en oplossen.
  • Onderdelen herstellen en vervangen, zoals lagers, kettingen, riemen, tandwielen en aandrijvingen.
  • Machines en installaties monteren en demonteren.
  • Meewerken aan technische aanpassingen en verbeteringen aan het machinepark.
  • Samenwerken met productie en collega-techniekers om storingen zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
  • Uitgevoerde interventies registreren.
  • Veilig en hygiënisch werken volgens de regels van een voedingsbedrijf.

Kennis van elektriciteit, elektromechanica, hydraulica, pneumatica of lassen is een plus, maar je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen.

We zoeken vooral iemand die technisch inzicht heeft, praktisch ingesteld is en graag bijleert.

Ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker, onderhoudsmecanicien, industrieel mechanieker, elektromecanicien, storingstechnieker of servicetechnieker sluit goed aan bij deze functie.

Goed om vooraf te weten

Kipco-Damaco is actief in de voedingsindustrie. Je werkt daarom regelmatig in gekoelde productiezones (frigo-temperaturen). Hiervoor voorzien we aangepaste werkkledij.

Je werkt voltijds in een ploegensysteem.

Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag los je een dringende storing op, de andere dag voer je preventief onderhoud uit of werk je mee aan een technische verbeteringen.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • technisch inzicht heeft en graag praktisch werkt;
  • interesse of ervaring heeft in mechanica, onderhoud of industriële techniek;
  • storingen logisch kan analyseren en naar een oplossing zoekt;
  • zelfstandig kan werken én goed samenwerkt met collega's;
  • bereid is om in een ploegensysteem te werken;
  • bereid is om in een voedingsproductie en regelmatig in gekoelde zones te werken;
  • veilig en zorgvuldig werkt.

Een technische opleiding of relevante praktijkervaring is een plus.

Kennis van mechanica, elektromechanica, elektriciteit, hydraulica, pneumatica, TIG-lassen of halfautomaatlassen is mooi meegenomen.

Je hoeft niet alle technieken te beheersen. Motivatie, technisch inzicht en de wil om bij te leren zijn minstens even belangrijk.

Je kan voldoende communiceren met je collega's in het Nederlands, Frans of Engels. Nederlands of Pools is mooi meegenomen.
