FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Heb je een technische opleiding genoten of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring en heb je relevante ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker of storingstechnieker in een industriële omgeving? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken.

Jouw rol

Als mecanicien ga je samen met je collega's, mecaniciens en elektromecaniciens, aan de slag binnen de verwerkingsafdeling. Samen zorgen jullie voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het machinepark.

  • Je staat in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het machinepark.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van de installaties.
  • Je demonteert, reviseert en monteert diverse componenten van het machinepark, afhankelijk van de planning.
  • Je volgt de kritische lagers (assen) op en kent het verschil tussen radiale en axiale krachten.
  • Je voert smeringen uit.
  • Je identificeert en lost hydraulische en pneumatische problemen op.
  • Kennis van halfautomaat lassen is een meerwaarde, maar geen must.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een A2-diploma mechanica/mechanische vormgevingstechnieken of bent gelijkgesteld door eerdere ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en beschikt over een goede attitude.
  • Een heftruckattest of attest voor een hoogtewerker is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn voor jou belangrijk.
  • Je kan werken in een verschoven dagdienst:De ene week van 7u tot 15u, vrijdag tot 14u. De andere week van 9u tot 18u, vrijdag tot 17u.
