Wil jij als onderhoudstechnieker werken in een productieomgeving waar mechanica nog echt centraal staat?

Voor een internationale industriële producent in regio Gent zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker voor een 2-ploegenstelsel met weekendwacht. Op de productiesite vind je zowel nieuwe als oudere PLC-gestuurde productielijnen. Daardoor kom je in aanraking met uiteenlopende technieken, waaronder mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en laswerken.

Binnen deze functie krijg je de tijd om de installaties grondig te leren kennen. Op termijn groei je in overleg door naar een gespecialiseerde rol binnen preventief onderhoud of naar een functie als storingstechnieker.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als onderhoudstechnieker voer je preventieve en curatieve onderhoudswerken uit aan machines, productielijnen en technische installaties
  • Daarnaast analyseer je mechanische en elektrische storingen en zorg je voor een structurele oplossing
  • Samen met jouw collega’s controleer, test en optimaliseer je zowel nieuwe als oudere PLC-gestuurde productielijnen
  • Verder vervang je onderdelen, stel je systemen correct af en bied je technische ondersteuning aan de productie
  • Tot slot bewaak je de continuïteit van het productieproces en leg je de installatie stil wanneer veiligheid of kwaliteit in het gedrang komt
  • Als opleiding behaalde je een technisch diploma in elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit, of kan je terugkijken op een gelijkwaardige technische werkervaring
  • Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker, storingstechnieker of technieker binnen een industriële productieomgeving
  • Op technisch vlak beschik je over een sterke mechanische basis en heb je kennis van elektriciteit, pneumatica, PLC-gestuurde installaties, laswerken en het lezen van mechanische tekeningen en elektrische schema’s
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands minimaal op B1-niveau om technische instructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften correct te begrijpen en toe te passen
