In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het oplossen van storingen als een echte technicus.
  • Het uitvoeren van zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud om de optimale werking van onze machines te waarborgen.
  • Het aanbrengen van aanpassingen en verbeteringen om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Het bedienen van machines en ervoor zorgen dat deze correct zijn ingesteld.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op producten om te voldoen aan onze kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Het ombouwen van machines voor verschillende productieprocessen, met inachtneming van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Wat heb je nodig om in deze rol te excelleren?

  • Een professionele bachelor in elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid zijn essentieel.
  • Een sterk analytisch denkvermogen om problemen effectief op te lossen.
  • Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken (ochtend: 6u-14u/middag: 14u-22u).
  • De motivatie om regelmatig bijscholing te volgen en jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen.
