Voor onze klant die een gevestigde speler en servicepartner is van hoogwaardige, industriële machines voor de staal- en betonverwerkende industrie zoeken wij een technieker. Als partner van een vooraanstaande Italiaanse topfabrikant verzorgen wij de verkoop, installatie en het onderhoud van deze krachtige MEP-machines bij klanten nationaal.

Functieomschrijving

Als technieker ben jij het gezicht van onze onderneming op locatie bij de klant. Je staat in voor de installatie, het preventief onderhoud en de herstellingen van onze elektrisch en hydraulisch aangedreven industriële machines.

  • Flexibele planning: Je dag start met geplande installaties en onderhouden, maar bij pannes geef je directe prioriteit aan dringende interventies.
  • Hands-on werk: Je werkt aan imposante machines waar je letterlijk in kunt stappen en schrikt er niet voor terug om je handen vuil te maken.
  • Variatie & uitdaging: Je lost complexe storingen op en zorgt ervoor dat het machinepark bij de klant optimaal blijft draaien.

Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Mechanisch onderhoud en herstellingen:Zelfstandig vaststellen van mechanisch gebreken en storingen. Uitvoeren van mechanisch onderhoud bij diverse klanten. Vervangen van slijtageonderdelen zoals lagers en het nauwkeurig afstellen van riemen. Vervangen van zware mechanisch en hydraulisch aangedreven componenten, waaronder zuigers en hydromotoren.
  • Elektriciteit:Elektrische schema's correct aflezen en vlot uitvoeren. Zelfstandig elektrische componenten herkennen en doormeten met een multimeter. Motoren aansluiten (ster/driehoek) en de schakeling tussen beide beheren. Afstellen en regelen van elektroremmen. Logisch en analytisch foutzoeken bij elektrische storingen.
  • Hydraulica:Hydraulisch schema's begrijpen en analyseren ter ondersteuning van hydraulisch interventies. Storingen in de hydraulisch circuits opzoeken en vakkundig verhelpen.

Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een graduaat of een 7de specialisatiejaar in de richting van mechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische richting. Een bachelordiploma is absoluut geen vereiste
  • Technische kennis:Je hebt een zeer sterke mechanisch basiskennis Je bezit goede basiskennis van elektriciteit en een grondige hydraulisch kennis.
  • Competenties & Attitude:Je kan goed logisch nadenken en houdt van probleemoplossend werken. Je deinst er niet voor terug om in grote machines te kruipen en je handen vuil te maken aan hydraulisch installaties. Je bent uiterst flexibel qua werkuren (vroege of late interventies), maar je werkt zelden in het weekend.
  • Talen & Mobiliteit:Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands. Goede kennis van het Frans of Engels is een pluspunt. Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
