  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het preventief onderhoud en oplossen van storingen in onze productie en verpakkingsafdeling.
  • Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor de bedrijfszekerheid, onder andere door jouw initiatief bij de opbouw en uitbreiding van preventieve onderhoudsplannen.
  • Je werkt mee aan een vlotte en efficiënte ombouw van de lijnen en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het reduceren van uitval en optimaliseren van rendement.
  • Je verzekert de veiligheidsprocedures en zorgt steeds voor een goede technische staat van de veiligheidsvoorzieningen.
  • Je brengt voorstellen aan voor optimalisaties en communiceert duidelijk naar het management en het team toe.
  • Je rapporteert en registreert de werkzaamheden (met betrekking tot werkuren en daarbij gebruikte onderdelen) in het onderhoudssysteem .
  • Je werkt tevens verbetervoorstellen uit en documenteert alle technische handelingen in dit softwaresysteem voor een correcte opvolging op lange termijn.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor externe firma’s.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • je hebt affiniteit bij voorkeur in de voeding.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van PLC applicaties en motorsturingen en optimaliseert graag.
  • Programmeren is niet nodig!
  • Je kan snel anticiperen op storingen en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je werkt steeds efficiënt en zeer nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent iemand die het voorbeeld kan geven en die goed communiceert naar alle betrokken partijen toe.
  • Werken in 2 ploegen
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld om ook permanentie te doen en bent stressbestendig.
