Ben jij de technisch expert die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en kennis deelt met anderen? Voor een toonaangevende internationale speler in de regio Nieuwpoort, gespecialiseerd in innovatieve toegangsoplossingen, zoeken we een ervaren onderhoudstechnieker.

Als ervaren onderhoudstechnieker lever je een cruciale bijdrage aan het onderhoud van het machinepark, de gebouwen en de installaties. Het takenpakket is afwisselend en technisch uitdagend:

  • De analyse en verhelping van storingen aan machines en installaties (mechanisch, elektrisch en besturingstechnisch) behoren tot het dagelijkse takenpakket.
  • Preventief onderhoud wordt uitgevoerd volgens het schema, inclusief het tijdig bestellen van onderdelen en de nauwkeurige registratie van werkzaamheden.
  • Externe onderhouds- of storingspartners worden begeleid en ingeschakeld wanneer nodig.
  • Machines worden afgesteld en ingesteld ten behoeve van de productie, inclusief het uitvoeren van 3D-metingen aan cilinders met behulp van een camerasysteem.
  • De rol wordt ingevuld als arbeider, waarbij een actieve houding op de werkvloer en nauwe samenwerking met het team centraal staan.
  • Ervaring wordt ingezet om twee schoolverlaters op de werkvloer te begeleiden en hun praktische vaardigheden te versterken.
  • Een afgeronde technische opleiding in het secundair onderwijs is vereist.
  • Relevante ervaring met het onderhoud van diverse machines (zoals lasermarkeerders, robots, frezen en compressoren) is noodzakelijk.
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is essentieel in functie van de veiligheid en de dagelijkse communicatie binnen het team.
  • Hoge kwaliteitsnormen worden gehanteerd, met een focus op voortdurende verbetering en kwaliteitsborging.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden worden ingezet om de continuïteit van de installaties te waarborgen.
