AFB gaat op zoek naar een Onderhoudstechnieker die zich wil ontplooien tot technisch specialist binnen een uitdagende high-tech productieomgeving. Je komt terecht bij een modern A-merk bedrijf die blijft groeien en investeren in de modernste technologieën. Evolutie in je technische kennis en uitdaging is daarom een zekerheid. Je maakt deel uit van een professioneel en geschoold maintenance team bestaande uit ongeveer een viertal techniekers per ploeg. De Technisch Manager is een toegankelijke progressieve persoonlijkheid die inzet op de continue ontwikkeling van het technisch talent en de verdere optimalisering van hun LEAN productieproces. Je werkt in de nachtploeg en start onder meteen vast contract. Deze job is ook mogelijk in twee ploegen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als technieker ben je mee verantwoordelijk om het volautomatisch machinepark zo optimaal mogelijk te doen renderen.
  • Je staat in voor zowel preventief onderhoud als curatief onderhoud.
  • Bij technische storingen maak je een diagnose van het probleem en zorg je voor een gepaste technische oplossing.
  • Het werk is erg gevarieerd. Zowel mechanica, pneumatiek, elektriciteit, automatisatie, robotisatie, informatienetwerken,... komen aan bod.
  • Je doet technische verbeteringsvoorstellen en biedt technische ondersteuning bij optimalisatie en modernisatieprojecten.
  • Afhankelijk van jouw behoefte kan je jezelf meer gaan toespitsen op een bepaalde techniek, of krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een volledig geautomatiseerde productielijn.
  • Je hebt een technisch A2 of Bachelor diploma op zak zoals Elektrotechnieken, Energietechnologie, Elektromechanica, Elektronica, of Automatisatie.
  • Je hebt een technisch brede bagage. Ervaring met PLC-sturingen is een meerwaarde maar geen vereiste.
  • Je combineert een hands-on ingesteldheid met een goed analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Je bent communicatief, je werkt zowel graag zelfstandig als in teamverband, en je haalt voldoening uit het oplossen van technische vraagstukken.
  • Je bent bereid om in de nachtploeg te werken.
