The posting

EDR Antwerp Shipyard is de grootste scheepswerf van België, gespecialiseerd in scheepsonderhoud en -herstellingen, rompbehandeling en maritieme constructies. Onze uitdagende activiteiten vragen om bekwame en gemotiveerde medewerkers. Jaarlijks worden meer dan 150 schepen onderhouden en hersteld op onze werf in Antwerpen, terwijl projecten ook wereldwijd aan boord van schepen worden uitgevoerd.

Als Onderhoudstechnieker / Onderhoudsmechanieker zorg je voor de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en continue werking van de technische installaties van de scheepswerf. Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan een brede waaier van installaties, machines en infrastructuur en ondersteunt daarnaast belangrijke operationele activiteiten op de werf.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan installaties en machines op de scheepswerf.
  • Onderhouden en herstellen van droogdokken, pompkamers en kade- of portaalkranen.
  • Onderhouden van werkplaatsuitrusting zoals rolbruggen, compressoren en verspaningsmachines.
  • Onderhouden van technische installaties in nieuwe gebouwen, waaronder HVAC-installaties, poorten en branddetectiesystemen.
  • Ondersteunen van operationele activiteiten zoals het positioneren van dokblokken en het in- en uitdokken van schepen.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van onderhoudsactiviteiten in een digitaal onderhoudsbeheersysteem.
  • Werken in een dagregime van 07:00 tot 15:30, met deelname aan een beurtrol waarbij sporadisch gewerkt wordt tot 18:00.
  • Sporadisch weekendwerk verrichten indien nodig.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring als onderhoudsmechanieker of onderhoudstechnieker.
  • Brede technische kennis van mechanische systemen en onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Hands-on en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid met een sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken binnen een operationele scheepswerfomgeving.
  • Bereid om flexibele uren te werken binnen een beurtrolsysteem.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of het Engels.
