The posting

Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een (m/v): Onderhoudstechnieker 2 ploegen

Je bent werkzaam in de Alural vestiging in Lummen, waar ongeveer 185 arbeiders en 20

bedienden werken, versterkt door uitzendmedewerkers.

Je belangrijkste taken bestaan uit:

• Dagelijks onderhoud en oplossen van storingen

• Preventief onderhoud

• Uitwerken technische verbeteringen/projectmatig werken

• Meedenken naar oplossingen

• Je rapporteert aan het hoofd onderhoud

Meer in detail betekent dit:

Dringende storingen:

• Oplossen van elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische storingen: analyseren van

de oorzaak, bepalen van oorzakelijk verband, herstellen, proefdraaien en vrijgeven van

machine met zo weinig mogelijk rendementsverlies

• Benodigde stukken definiëren en bestellen via de aankoopdienst

Projectmatig werk: waarbij we, indien mogelijk, in het team kijken wie op welk gebied het

sterkste is en de taken zo verdelen dat men doet waar men goed in is en tegelijk van elkaar

kan leren

• Elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische aanpassingen voorbereiden en uitwerken

• Elektrische schema's up to date houden,

• Maken van lasconstructies

• Onderhoud van rollend materiaal zoals heftrucks, hoogtewerker, zijladers en karren

• Preventieve controle en reiniging van pompen, cabines, ovens, ventielen, sproeiinstallaties, waterzuiveringsinstallatie, motoren, sensoren

• Verbeteringen aan gebouwen en infrastructuur

Profiel

• Je hebt een technische opleiding, minimum op technisch secundair (A2) niveau of

gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur met een specialisatie mechanica –

pneumatiek en met een goede elektrische kennis (kennis PLC en robotica zijn niet

nodig)

• Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in onderhoud in een productieomgeving

• Een basiskennis lassen is een voordeel

• Je werkt na de opleiding in ochtend- / middagpost (06u00-14u00 / 14u00 – 22u00)

• Daarnaast ben je een flexibele teamplayer, hands-on en sterk in het organiseren en

plannen

• Je werkt probleemoplossend en bent een doener!

• Je neemt initiatief en denkt mee.

• Basiskennis van het Office-pakket van Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Basiskennis Engels is een pluspunt.
