Je komt terecht in een internationale productieomgeving in de voedingssector, waar chocolade wordt geproduceerd. Je maakt deel uit van een technisch team en werkt nauw samen met productie, operatoren en de technical supervisor.

Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en wordt bij je opstart begeleid door ervaren collega's. Zo leer je het machinepark en de specifieke werkwijze stap voor stap kennen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je zorgt mee voor een optimale dagelijkse werking van het machinepark.
  • Je spoort technische storingen op en lost ze op aan machines, gereedschappen en installaties.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit.
  • Je helpt bij het ombouwen van machines.
  • Je werkt mee aan technische projecten en verbeteringen.
  • Je helpt mee om de oorzaak van terugkerende storingen te analyseren.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat machines na onderhoud correct worden vrijgegeven.
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende lockout- en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Je voert reinigings- en onderhoudswerken uit volgens de werkinstructies.
  • Je volgt kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet op.
  • Je voert controles uit en registreert deze correct.
  • Je werkt mee aan GMP- en 5S-audits.
  • Je hebt een A2-diploma in een technische richting.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als technieker in een productieomgeving.
  • Je kan technische storingen zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen.
  • Kennis van pneumatica en koeltechniek is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een technisch team.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en georganiseerd werken, ook wanneer er onverwacht een storing optreedt.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Veiligheid, orde, netheid en hygiëne zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je gaat respectvol om met collega's, machines en materiaal.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technieken en opleidingen.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in ploegen te werken.
