Ben jij een gedreven technieker die energie krijgt van het oplossen van storingen en het optimaal laten draaien van machines? Wil je werken in een moderne productieomgeving waar jouw technische kennis écht het verschil maakt? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou!

Voor een stabiel en groeiend productiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Onderhoudstechnieker Productie die een sleutelrol wil spelen binnen de technische dienst. De focus ligt voornamelijk op de lasafdeling, maar je ondersteunt ook de extrusie- en drukafdeling waar nodig.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft functioneren. Je voorkomt storingen waar mogelijk en grijpt snel en doeltreffend in wanneer zich technische problemen voordoen. Dankzij jouw expertise kunnen de productieprocessen veilig en efficiënt blijven draaien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan productiemachines
  • Onderhouden en herstellen van installaties binnen de lasafdeling
  • Ondersteunen bij technische interventies in de extrusie- en drukafdeling
  • Uitvoeren van controles op motoren, sensoren, aandrijvingen, pneumatische en hydraulische systemen
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en technische interventies
  • Samenwerken met operatoren en productie om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken
  • Waken over veiligheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties

PROFIEL Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatiek of elektromechanica
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een sterke troef
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je denkt analytisch en gaat gestructureerd te werk
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht bij dringende interventies
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats
  • Je bent leergierig en wil jezelf technisch blijven ontwikkelen
