The posting

Voor een gevestigde producent regio Leuven zoekt Konvert een onderhoudstechnieker met een sterke mechanische basis. Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving met een uitgebreid en authentiek machinepark waar technisch inzicht, vakmanschap en een hands-on mentaliteit centraal staan.

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende installaties zoals transportbanden, menginstallaties, verpakkingslijnen, elevators, aandrijvingen en andere productiegebonden machines. Dankzij jouw expertise blijven deze installaties betrouwbaar draaien en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de continuïteit van de productie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan productie-installaties;
  • Analyseren en oplossen van mechanische storingen aan machines en productielijnen;
  • Uitvoeren van inspectie-, controle- en testrondes;
  • Onderhouden en herstellen van transportinstallaties, motoren, lagers, kettingen, aandrijvingen en reductoren;
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische revisies en vervangingen van onderdelen;
  • Ondersteunen bij elektrische interventies waar nodig;
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties van bestaande installaties;
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en interventies;
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving;
  • Samenwerken met productie om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
