In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar functioneren van diverse technische installaties. Je zult onder andere:

  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan verschillende systemen. Ben jij iemand die waarde hecht aan vooruitdenken en preventie?
  • Storingen analyseren en verhelpen. Beschik jij over analytische vaardigheden om problemen snel op te lossen?
  • Installaties en technische onderdelen controleren en waar nodig herstellingen en vervangingen uitvoeren. Ben jij een hands-on persoon die niet terugschrikt voor een uitdaging?
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en innovaties.
  • Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en bevindingen rapporteren aan je team en leidinggevenden.
  • Nauw samenwerken met je collega's, klanten en andere verantwoordelijken om optimale resultaten te behalen.

Je werkt aan installaties zoals elektriciteit, verwarming, ventilatie, koeling, airconditioning en sanitair. Dankzij jouw expertise dragen wij bij aan een comfortabel, veilig en energiezuinig gebouwbeheer. Of het nu gaat om kantoorgebouwen, scholen, zorginstellingen of industriële sites, jouw inzet maakt elke dag het verschil!

Voor deze functie vragen wij:

  • Ervaring in gebouwtechnieken, elektriciteit en/of technische installaties.

  • De motivatie om je werk uitstekend af te leveren.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands of Frans.
