Technische uitdaging en autonomie in een uitgebreid machinepark: als voltijdse onderhouds- en storingstechnieker in dagdienst in Heist-op-den-Berg help je productie-installaties in de maakindustrie optimaal functioneren.

Een internationale producent met een technische focus

Je komt terecht bij een producent van installaties voor verdampingskoeling en warmteafvoer.

Wat je doet

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan productie-installaties en technische infrastructuur.
  • Bij complexe mechanische, elektrische of elektromechanische storingen analyseer je de oorzaak en zorg je voor een oplossing.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig aan PLC-gestuurde machines, servosturingen en pneumatische en elektrische installaties.
  • Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen, optimalisaties en investeringsprojecten en volgt externe onderhoudspartners op.
  • Je deelt je kennis met collega's en helpt zo mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het onderhoudsteam.

Je werkt in dagdienst. Na een grondige inwerkperiode neem je deel aan de wachtdienst, ongeveer één week om de zes weken.

Je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving waar je kennis, initiatief en collegialiteit samenbrengt.

  • Elektromechanica is jouw vakgebied: een bachelor Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardig technisch opleidingsniveau sluit aan bij wat je meebrengt.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 5 tot 8 jaar ervaring in industrieel onderhoud of een productieomgeving en voelt je klaar om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Mechanica, elektromechanica, PLC-sturingen, servosturingen, pneumatica en industriële elektriciteit zijn vertrouwd terrein. Ook complexe technische storingen analyseren en oplossen pak je zelfstandig aan.
  • Je denkt proactief en oplossingsgericht, communiceert vlot en draagt graag bij aan een collegiale samenwerking.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en kunt met technische handleidingen in het Engels en Duits werken. Ervaring met een onderhoudsbeheersysteem zoals Aptean is mooi meegenomen.
