The posting

Storingen oplossen én voorkomen dat ze morgen opnieuw gebeuren. Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je mee voor de technische betrouwbaarheid van moderne productie en verpakkingslijnen binnen een industriële voedingsomgeving. Je combineert depannage, preventief onderhoud en technische optimalisatie in een voltijdse functie van 39 uur.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt op de productiesite in Waregem en volgt samen met je collega technici het machinepark op. Mechanica, elektriciteit en geautomatiseerde installaties komen daarbij samen.

• Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan productie en verpakkingsmachines

• Je spoort technische storingen op en zorgt voor een correcte herstelling

• Je analyseert terugkerende problemen en zoekt mee naar structurele oplossingen

• Je helpt operatoren bij het instellen en afregelen van complexere machines en verpakkingslijnen

• Je controleert machines na een technische interventie voordat ze opnieuw in productie gaan

• Je registreert storingen, interventies en onderhoud correct in het onderhoudssysteem

• Je helpt onderhoudsplannen per machine verder uitwerken en opvolgen

• Je plant onderhoud zoveel mogelijk rond de productie

• Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen die installaties betrouwbaarder en efficiënter maken

Daarnaast volg je technische documentatie en de voorraad van onderdelen mee op. Ook contacten met externe techniekers, servicepartners en leveranciers kunnen deel uitmaken van je werk.

Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van de technische dienst en werkt nauw samen met productie en kwaliteit.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een technische opleiding in bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica of onderhoudstechniek, of gelijkwaardige technische kennis

• Je hebt ervaring met industriële machines

• Ervaring binnen voedingsproductie is een plus

• Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en PLC sturingen is mooi meegenomen

• Je kunt technische problemen analyseren en praktisch oplossen

• Je blijft nauwkeurig werken wanneer een storing snel opgelost moet worden

• Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en correcte registratie
