Voor een productiebedrijf in de luchtvaartsector in de ruime regio van Brugge gaan we op zoek naar een Onderhoudstechnieker.

Jobomschrijving

Functieomschrijving:

In de rol van Onderhoudstechnieker draag je zorg voor een uitgebreid takenpakket om ervoor te zorgen dat de installaties blijven draaien volgens het onderhoudsplan. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud op alle installaties volgens het vastgestelde onderhoudsplan.
  • Bij machinepannes, het uitvoeren van een grondige root cause analyse en het implementeren van passende maatregelen om de machines snel te herstellen.
  • Actief meewerken aan het ontwikkelen van een predictief onderhoudsplan.
  • Samenwerken met je collega's binnen het onderhoudsteam om alle infrastructuurwerken op de locatie te overzien.
  • Een nauwe samenwerking met de productieafdeling onderhouden om ervoor te zorgen dat machines en installaties altijd optimaal beschikbaar zijn.
  • Zorgvuldig en accuraat registreren en rapporteren van alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in onze onderhoudssoftware.
  • Actieve betrokkenheid bij het up-to-date houden van documentatie, onderhoudsplannen, machine dossiers en meer.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, voldoe je aan de volgende criteria:

  • Je hebt een sterke passie voor techniek en een aanhoudende leergierigheid.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in elektromechanica, automatisatie of elektriciteit; of je hebt een vergelijkbaar niveau van ervaring.
  • Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van PLC's, aandrijvingen, robots, elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica.
  • Ervaring met technische tekeningen en vaardigheden met computers zijn vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je bent gefocust op resultaten en hebt een goed ontwikkeld vermogen om problemen op te lossen, waarbij je gedijt in teamverband.
  • Je woont binnen een redelijke afstand van ons bedrijf, zodat je snel kunt reageren bij dringende interventies.
  • Enige jaren ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker vormt een waardevolle aanvulling.
