In de ruime regio van Brugge zijn we op zoek naar een technieker die ondersteuning biedt aan het volledige productieproces. Deze onderneming is gespecialiseerd in het produceren van flexibele verpakkingen op maat voor zowel manuele als automatische toepassingen. Denk hierbij aan een breed aanbod kunststofproducten die volledig intern vervaardigd worden.

De organisatie telt een 80-tal medewerkers en is actief in de kunststofverwerkende industrie, met een sterke focus op de voedingssector. Hun aanbod omvat zowel extrusie, confectie als drukwerk in 6 kleuren, wat hen in staat stelt om een volledig geïntegreerde oplossing te bieden aan hun klanten.

De productieomgeving is modern uitgerust en werkt met gespecialiseerde machines die hoge nauwkeurigheid vereisen. Als technieker krijg je een essentiële rol in het garanderen van de operationele continuïteit. Je werkt in dagdienst binnen een technisch team dat inzet op preventief onderhoud, snelle interventies én verbetering van processen.

Een sterke technische ondersteuning is cruciaal om de korte levertermijnen en hoge kwaliteitsverwachtingen van hun klanten waar te maken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij staat in voor het technisch onderhoud en de herstellingen van het machinepark
  • Je voert storingsanalyses uit en grijpt meteen in bij technische problemen
  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat zowel de extrusielijn, drukmachines als snij- en sealinstallaties optimaal blijven draaien
  • Actief deelnemen aan technische verbeterprojecten binnen productie
  • Machines stel je correct af volgens de vereiste parameters
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de productie-operatoren en begeleidt hen bij eenvoudige technische interventies
  • Administratieve opvolging doe je via het onderhoudssysteem
  • Veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer hou je altijd in het oog
  • Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijke verloning (€20 - €22) in lijn met jouw kennis & ervaring
