The posting

Voor een gekend metaalverwerkingsbedrijf gelegen te Hemiksem met al 90 jaar ervaring in de productie en toepassingen van koper en aluminiumdraden en kabels, zijn wij op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker weekendploeg.

Als onderhoudstechnieker ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de efficiënte werking van de machines.

Welke taken kan je verwachten als onderhoudstechnieker:

  • Uitvoeren van gepland periodiek onderhoud aan de machines.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt om storingen op te lossen tijdens productie.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen.
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem.
  • Je zorgt samen met je collega van de weekendploeg voor een goede werking van de technische installaties.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance Engineer gepland onderhoud.

Jouw profiel als onderhoudstechnieker:

  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en je gaat geen uitdagingen uit de weg.
  • Diploma Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Onderhoudstechnieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Interesse in techniek en automatisatie is een noodzaak.
  • Goede kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatiek en hydraulica.
  • Basiskennis van PLC-sturingen voor foutdiagnose is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring als technieker in een industriële omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt graag in een industriële productieomgeving en houdt ervan om mee verbetervoorstellen uit te werken.
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht..
  • Je werkt graag in een weekend regime met een 12 uur shift systeem (6-18u / 18-6u)
  • Je bent stressbestendig, betrouwbaar, sociaalvaardig en resultaatsgericht.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
