Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in de verhuur van werktuigmachines, zoeken we een Onderhoudstechnieker Rollend Materieel.

Dit bedrijf verhuurt een breed gamma aan werktuigen en machines voor professionele klanten. Om hun vloot in topconditie te houden, zijn techniekers onmisbaar.

Als Onderhoudstechnieker zorg je voor het preventief onderhoud, herstellingen en keuringen van het rollend materieel.

Een veelzijdige technische functie waarin je dagelijks met diverse machines en systemen werkt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Onderhoudstechnieker heb je de mede verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige hersteldienst bij onze klant.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

Motoronderhoud:

  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan verbrandingsmotoren volgens onderhoudsschema's
  • Je vervangt olie, luchtfilters, mazoutfilters, bougies en gloeikaarsen
  • Je regelt motorkleppen af (lucht en mazouttoevoer)
  • Je vervangt onderdelen zoals waterpomp, alternator, turbo, ...

Chassis, ophanging & transmissie:

  • Je voert nazicht en onderhoud uit aan chassis, ophanging en draagstructuur
  • Je onderhoudt koppeling en overbrengingsmechanisme
  • Je controleert en onderhoudt de stuurkolom

Remmen & veiligheid:

  • Je onderhoudt remmen: blokken vervangen, ontluchten, luchtdrukremmen
  • Je voert keuringsnazichten uit aan de hand van checklists: verlichting, spelingen, wettelijke vereisten

Airco, carrosserie & elektriciteit:

  • Je onderhoudt airco/klimaatregeling: filters en vloeistof
  • Je herstelt carrosserie, spiegels en onderdelen zonder echt carrosseriework
  • Je herstelt verlichting, lichtarmaturen en doet kleine werkzaamheden aan bedrading

Diagnose & herstellingen:

  • Je spoort lekkages op in voertuigen: brandstof, lucht, vloeistoffen
  • Je meet uit en vervangt printplaten (bv. hoogwerker)
  • Je zoekt onderdelen op aan de hand van technische tekeningen en programma's
  • Technische opleiding richting automechanica, werktuigmachines of elektromechanica
  • Ervaring met onderhoud van rollend materieel, vrachtwagens of werktuigmachines
  • Brede mechanische kennis: motoren, transmissie, chassis, hydrauliek
  • Kennis van verbrandingsmotoren en preventief onderhoud
  • Je kan werken met technische tekeningen en software om onderdelen op te zoeken
  • Je hebt kennis van elektrische systemen en kan eenvoudige herstellingen uitvoeren
  • Je kan systematisch werken aan de hand van checklists en onderhoudsschema's
  • Je bent nauwkeurig - veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voorop
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en hands-on
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands
  • Je bent flexibel en kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent probleemoplossend en technisch sterk
  • Rijbewijs B is vereist
