Als onderhoudstechnieker stap je in een ervaren team van specialisten. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een modern, sterk geautomatiseerd machinepark. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer sleutel je aan een complexe installatie, de andere keer denk je mee over hoe we het preventief onderhoud nog slimmer kunnen aanpakken. Je werkt in een omgeving waar eigen initiatief niet alleen gewaardeerd, maar ook echt verwacht wordt.

  • Opleiding en ervaring: Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (Elektromechanica, Onderhoudstechnieken of gelijkwaardig) of bent door ervaring een krak in het vak.
  • Technisch inzicht: Als allround servicemonteur heb je een brede basiskennis van mechanica en elektriciteit.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen: Je analyseert storingen razendsnel en weet altijd een efficiënte oplossing te vinden.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, maar kunt ook uitstekend zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen onder druk.
  • Communicatie: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands om vlot te overleggen over de technische staat van de gebouwen en machines.
  • Machine-onderhoud: Je voert zowel curatief als preventief onderhoud uit aan het geautomatiseerde machinepark om stilstand te minimaliseren.
  • Storingen verhelpen: Als storingsmonteur los je mechanische en elektrische defecten op aan diverse installaties.
  • Optimalisatie: Je doet proactief voorstellen om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van de machines te verbeteren.
  • Facility management: Je ondersteunt bij algemene technische herstellingen aan de bedrijfsgebouwen in de regio Kachtem.
  • Rapportage: Je houdt je werkzaamheden nauwkeurig bij, zodat je teamgenoten precies weten wat de status van het onderhoud is.
