Als timmerman werk jij meestal met een vaste collega van het begin tot de oplevering op de zelfde klus, jij voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het werk en wilt dat de klant tevreden is. Samen met jouw collega's verricht jij vakkundige werkzaamheden op renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten in bestaande bouw voornamelijk op de zakelijke markt. Wij bieden je mooi timmerwerk zoals: aftimmerwerk, vervanging van ramen en deuren, complete kozijnvervanging, gevelbetimmering, houtrotherstel en badkamer- en keukenrenovaties. Functieomschrijving: - Je bent in staat zelfstandig aan de hand van tekeningen de werkzaamheden uit te voeren; - Je bent zelf pas tevreden als de opdrachtgevers tevreden zijn; - Je hebt een afgeronde BBL niveau 2 opleiding of vergelijkbare kennis en ervaring; - Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-Basis certificaat (is deze verlopen? Dan krijg jij deze van ons); - Je snapt dat je werkzaamheden uitvoert bij mensen thuis en weet dat ook het sociale aspect in jouw rol erg belangrijk is; - Je draagt technisch en inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werkzaamheden; - Je hebt kennis van de actuele ontwikkelingen in jouw vakgebied en je kunt het ook toepassen op jouw werkzaamheden; - Je bent erg voor verbetering en kan vooruit denken; - Je kan zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig werken; - Je ziet toe op de realisatie conform het kwaliteits- en veiligheidsplan.
