De werksfeer is open en collegiaal. Wil jij als timmerman zelfstandig aan de slag met onderhoudswerk? In deze functie werk je parttime aan uiteenlopende projecten. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en werkt in een hecht team binnen de bouwsector. Over de functie Als onderhoudstimmerman ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van verschillende timmerwerkzaamheden. Je richt je op het herstellen en vervangen van onderdelen bij woningen en gebouwen. Denk aan het repareren van houtwerk, plaatsen van deuren of het vervangen van kozijnen. Je werkt vaak zelfstandig en stemt je werkzaamheden af met klanten en collega's. Iedere week werk je aan afwisselende klussen en zorg je voor een nette oplevering. Je laat het werk achter zoals je het zelf graag zou aantreffen: netjes en professioneel.
