Met honderden medewerkers is het een middelgrote speler in de bouw- en onderhoudsbranche waarbij kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. Functie In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van uiteenlopende timmer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan woningen en gebouwen. Je werkt veelal in opdracht van woningcorporaties en Verenigingen van Eigenaren. Je dag bestaat onder andere uit: - Vervangen en plaatsen van kozijnen en glas - Herstellen van houtrot - Afhangen van deuren en ramen - Isoleren van daken en zolders - Contact met bewoners om werkzaamheden af te stemmen Functie-eisen Graag zien wij het volgende in jou als onze nieuwe Onderhoudstimmerman: - MBO-werk- en denkniveau, richting bouwkunde/timmeren - Ervaring met houtbewerking en onderhoudswerkzaamheden - Klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk - Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (pré) - VCA-certificaat of bereidheid deze te behalen - Je bent bereid om in loondienst te werken Aanbod Daarnaast bieden wij ook het volgende aan: - Salarisindicatie: €2.750 - €3.750 per vier weken bruto (afhankelijk van ervaring) - Fulltime dienstverband - Mogelijkheid om je vakkennis verder uit te bouwen - Werken binnen een professioneel en betrokken team - 25 vakantiedagen + 7 ADV-dagen - Mogelijkhe...
