Organisatie Vanuit de behoefte die in de markt en bij onze opdrachtgevers ontstond, is in 2006 ons bedrijf opgericht als zelfstandig onderhoudsbedrijf. Hierbij gaat het veel meer om servicegerichtheid en het bieden van continuïteit aan gebruikers of bewoners. De werkzaamheden worden immers vaak uitgevoerd in gebouwen en woningen die in gebruik zijn. Als uitgangspunt hanteren wij dat de klant centraal staat. Onze meerwaarde komt vooral tot stand door onze breed inzetbare, klantvriendelijke en vakkundige medewerkers en de snelheid waarmee wij voor opdrachtgevers kunnen handelen. De klant bedienen door te ontzorgen. Functie Wat ga je doen; Zelfstandig en onder leiding van de uitvoerder en / of leidinggevende timmerman, uitvoeren van alle voorkomende timmerwerken; - Timmer-, en onderhoudswerkzaamheden in zowel renovatie als onderhoud. - Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden in het Klant Gestuurd Onderhoud (KGO). - Uitvoeren van mutatiewerkzaamheden. - Uitvoeren van verzekeringswerkzaamheden. - Bijdrage leveren aan een veilige en nette werkplek. - Bijwonen van werkinstructies en toolboxmeetings.
