Je gaat aan de slag bij een producent in de voedingssector. In deze moderne productieomgeving werk je in dagdienst samen met technische collega’s en productie, met één duidelijk doel: zorgen dat alles draait, van machines tot nutsvoorzieningen, en dat er continu verbeterd wordt.

  • Je organiseert preventief onderhoud, revisies en storingsanalyses zodat machines optimaal blijven draaien.
  • Je maakt onderhoudsplannen en werkplanningen op basis van prioriteiten en input van productie.
  • Je zorgt dat mensen en middelen beschikbaar zijn en werkt samen met externe partners voor gespecialiseerde opdrachten.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt je team, helpt bij het oplossen van problemen en zorgt voor de juiste opleidingen.
  • Je volgt het gebruik en onderhoud op van installaties zoals perslucht, koeling, waterzuivering en elektriciteit, en optimaliseert het energieverbruik.
  • Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen en verbeterprojecten met productie en technische dienst.
  • Je beheert onderhoudssoftware (Api Pro), maakt nieuwe gebruikers aan en houdt documentatie up-to-date.
  • Ervaring met mechaniek, elektrotechniek, koeltechniek en onderhoudssoftware (bij voorkeur Api Pro).
  • Leidinggevende ervaring binnen een technisch team en ervaring met projectmanagement.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels; basis Duits en Frans is mooi meegenomen.
