De functie inhoud Wat wordt er verwacht van een maintenance manager?

  • De eindverantwoordelijkheid voor onderhoudswerken op site en werven
  • De optimale conditie van het machinepark en rollend materieel behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket
  • Het opstellen en beheren van de onderhoudsplanning
  • Je ondersteunt en coacht voormannen in verschillende domeinen (rollend materieel, elektro, mechaniek)
  • Bij storingen sta je jouw team bij volgens de prioriteit van de storing.
  • De technische staat van machines, gebouwen en gereedschappen vogl je ook op
  • Je plant keuringen in samenwerking met de preventieadviseur
  • Nieuwe investeringen en procesverbeteringen passeren steeds langs jouw bureau in overleg met het management.
  • De verantwoordelijkheid voor aankoopaanvragen en onderhoudscontracten hoort er ook bij
  • Ondersteunt bij eerstelijnsonderhoud en toolboxorganisatie
  • De technische documentatie (plannen, instructies) wordt structureel bijgehouden en opgevolgd door jou

  • Een bachelor/master diploma in elektromechanica heb je op zak

  • In teamverband werken is een meerwaarde voor jou
