Als onderhoudsverantwoordelijke ben jij de spil die ervoor zorgt dat meer dan 2.700 installaties blijven doen wat ze moeten doen: presteren, en dat liefst zonder drama. Jij houdt het hoofd koel bij storingen, zet je team in beweging en denkt altijd drie stappen vooruit.

  • Je stuurt alle onderhoud aan (preventief, predictief en correctief)
  • Je analyseert storingen en zorgt voor snelle oplossingen
  • Je beheert CMMS (Ultimo) en houdt overzicht over administratie en spare parts
  • Je leidt en coacht een team van technici naar topprestaties
  • Je bewaakt strikt Safety, Health, Environment & Quality
  • Je zet verbeterprojecten en innovaties op touw
  • Je houdt controle over assets, utilities en budgetten
  • 5–10 jaar ervaring in maintenance binnen industrie of productie
  • Ervaring in leidinggeven en het motiveren van technische teams
  • Sterke kennis van elektriciteit, schema's en technische systemen
  • Jij bent een troubleshooter pur sang – problemen zijn voor jou puzzels
  • Veiligheid is voor jou geen checkbox, maar een mindset
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt goed samen met verschillende teams
