In deze dynamische omgeving komen operatie, mensen, veiligheid, kwaliteit en klantbelang dagelijks samen. Als Operationeel Coördinator speel jij hierin een belangrijke verbindende en sturende rol. Je werkt op en rondom Luchthaven Schiphol, op uiteenlopende locaties zoals de bagagekelders, het platform, de terminal en bij vrachtbedrijven. Met een breed team van schoonmaakmedewerkers, specialisten en leidinggevenden zorgen we voor een professionele dienstverlening voor verschillende opdrachtgevers. Jij houdt de operatie in beweging Als Operationeel Coördinator ben je samen met de Operationeel Manager verantwoordelijk voor een goede en efficiënte uitvoering van het operationele schoonmaakproces. Jij houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Je bent veel op de werkvloer aanwezig en weet wat er speelt. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden en opdrachtgevers en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen, doorpakken of juist ruimte moet geven. Je bent daarnaast een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze opdrachtgevers op operationeel en tactisch niveau. Je bouwt aan een professionele en duurzame relatie, denkt actief mee over de dienstverlening en weet de belangen van de opdrachtgever en onze organisatie met elkaar te verbinden. Je bent klantgericht, maar durft ook kritisch te zijn en het gesprek aan te gaan wanneer dat nodig is. Van dagelijkse operatie tot structurele verbetering Je kijkt verder dan de planning van vandaag. Je ziet waar processen beter kunnen, signaleert risico's en kansen en komt zelf met verbeterinitiatieven.
