Als ondernemer pur sang bemiddel jij kandidaten met een Zorg achtergrond naar een andere baan. De klanten die jij gaat benaderen zijn veelal Ziekenhuizen, Zorginstellingen, Klinieken die graag zaken doen in hun eigen taal. Jij zorgt ervoor als lokaal ondernemer dat je het aanspreekpunt wordt voor vacatures en werkzoekenden binnen dit dynamische, specialistische label. Functie-eisen De Flexibility Zorg & Welzijn ondernemer in een notendop o Het benaderen van potentiële klanten om vacatures binnen te halen; o Je werft en bemiddelt kandidaten met kennis en ervaring binnen de Zorg voor deze vacatures; o Je weet jezelf als arbeidsbemiddelaar op de kaart te zetten in jouw werkgebied; o Het is jouw onderneming en met jouw natuurlijke gedrevenheid ga je ervoor zorgen dat dit een succes wordt! o Om succesvol te kunnen bemiddelen is het een grote pré (maar geen must) om kennis en ervaring te hebben van de Zorg sector.
