Jouw impact als Ondernemersadviseur Als ondernemersadviseur ben jij de schakel tussen de klant en onze organisatie. Je hebt de regie in de advisering en zorgt dat de juiste specialisten op het juiste moment aansluiten. Je adviseert ondernemers over hun bedrijfsvoering, toekomstplannen en strategische keuzes en bouwt duurzame relaties op. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in acquisitie: je gaat actief de markt op, signaleert nieuwe mogelijkheden en brengt kansen tot leven. Met jouw commerciële gevoel, inhoudelijke kennis en oprechte interesse in de agrarische sector maak je dagelijks het verschil. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met: - Adviseren van agrarische ondernemers over bedrijfsontwikkeling, strategie en duurzame keuzes - Onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties - Actief inspelen op commerciële kansen en het opbouwen van een netwerk - Signaleren van trends in de sector en vertalen naar praktische adviezen - Regie voeren op adviestrajecten en collega's tijdig betrekken - Meedenken over het versterken en vernieuwen van onze dienstverlening Wat breng jij mee?
