Dit bedrijf is klaar om aan een nieuw hoofdstuk in zijn geschiedenis te beginnen. Voor ons Commercieel Centrum in Roeselare zoeken we een Onderschrijver Non-Life Particulieren & Kleine Ondernemingen om ons team te versterken. Krijg jij energie van risicoanalyse, klantencontact en samenwerking? Dan vind je hier ongetwijfeld jouw volgende uitdaging.

In deze rol:

  • Beoordeel en onderschrijf je Brand- of Autoverzekeringen voor particulieren en kleine ondernemingen via makelaars in West-Vlaanderen en een deel van Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Analyseer je risico's en werk je binnen je onderschrijvingsvolmacht aantrekkelijke en gepaste offertes uit.
  • Onderhandel je offertes met makelaars en volg je deze actief op tot een succesvolle realisatie.
  • Onderhoud je dagelijks telefonisch contact met makelaars en bouw je aan duurzame professionele relaties.
  • Werk je nauw samen met collega's, sales managers, beheerders, claims managers en andere stakeholders om tot de beste oplossing voor de klant te komen.

  • Behaalde een bachelordiploma of bouwde een gelijkwaardig niveau op door ervaring.
  • Communiceert vlot en bouwt gemakkelijk sterke relaties op met makelaars en collega's.
  • Neemt initiatief, denkt proactief mee en ontwikkelt graag expertise binnen Auto of Brand.
  • Schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende prioriteiten en speelt flexibel in op veranderingen.
  • Bewaart overzicht en kwaliteit, ook wanneer de werkdruk toeneemt.
  • Werkt vlot met digitale toepassingen en maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen.
