Weigeren Ondersteunend begeleider, Freesiastraat 28 Capelle aan den IJssel Als ondersteunend begeleider ondersteun je bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking in hun dagelijks leven, zodat ze kunnen deelnemen zoals iedereen. Kom jij ons versterken? Wat ga je doen? Je begint de dag met ontbijt en ontvangt bewoners na hun dagbesteding. Je helpt bij dagelijkse activiteiten en huishoudelijke taken. Gedurende je diensten bouw je een vertrouwensband op, zodat bewoners zich veilig voelen. Bij ASVZ werken we volgens het samen 100-principe: we vullen elkaar aan om tot 100% te komen. Je werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het begeleiden van cliënten op een manier die bij hun behoeften past. - Deelname aan maandelijkse team overleggen en meedenken over de zorgplannen. Je wordt aangestuurd door een teamleider en krijgt aanwijzingen van (persoonlijk) begeleiders. Wie zoeken we? Je bent bereid jezelf te ontwikkelen in de gehandicaptenzorg. In deze functie is geduld, inlevingsvermogen en doorzettingsvermogen belangrijk. Omdat je op een woning werkt, ben je beschikbaar overdag, in de avonduren, weekenden, tijdens slaapdiensten en op feestdagen. Verder: - Minimaal een lbo-diploma. - Heb je enige ervaring in de zorg, bijvoorbeeld thuiszorg of ouderenzorg. - Bereid om te leren omgaan met bewoners met gedragsproblemen en het bieden van structuur. - Je kunt je vinden in de visie van ASVZ en draagt deze uit. Waar kom je te werken? Je werkt op de woonlocatie Freesiastraat 28 in Capelle aan den IJssel. Op deze locatie wonen 13 volwassen bewoners met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB) en uiteenlopende zorgvragen. De bewoners zijn op verschillende leefgebieden zelfstandig, maar hebben waar nodig ondersteuning nodig. Voor veel bewoners zijn structuur, voorspelbaarheid en duidelijkheid belangrijk.
