Als ondersteunend begeleider bij ASVZ begeleid en verzorg je bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking. Tijdens je dienst zorg je ervoor dat de bewoners op jou kunnen vertrouwen. Je bent betrokken bij het ochtendritueel of vangt de bewoners weer op als ze klaar zijn met dagbesteding. Je betrekt ze bij de dagelijkse gang van zaken en de huishoudelijke taken op de woning. Wij gaan uit van het samen 100 principe. Je vult de bewoner aan zodat je samen op 100% komt. Als ondersteunend begeleider bij ASVZ hoef je nog geen ervaring te hebben in de zorg! We hebben bij ASVZ veel ervaring met zij-instromers, dus bieden jou een degelijke en goede inwerkperiode aan. Samen met de ervaren begeleiders op jouw woning leren we je stap voor stap de juiste vaardigheden aan om de bewoners op de juiste manier te begeleiden. Ben jij er klaar voor om ons te versterken? De werkplek Op de Lena Blok-Woutsstraat 26 wonen zeven cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB). De begeleiding wordt vormgegeven vanuit het Triple-C-model, waarbij we aansluiten bij de menselijke behoeften van de cliënten en werken vanuit een onvoorwaardelijke ondersteuningsrelatie. De cliënten komen vaak zelfstandig over en zijn verbaal sterk, maar hebben tegelijkertijd behoefte aan een betrouwbare begeleider die nabij is en op wie zij kunnen terugvallen. Op de woning kan sprake zijn van onrust en uiteenlopend gedrag. Dit vraagt om een begeleider die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, rust en duidelijkheid biedt en adequaat kan handelen in complexe en onverwachte situaties. De diensten worden altijd in tweetallen gedraaid, zodat je samen met een collega de begeleiding kunt bieden die de cliënten nodig hebben. Wie zoeken we?
