- ASVZ - Sliedrecht ( Zuid-Holland ) - Online sinds: gisteren ASVZ Dichtbij de bewoners en samen met je team. Op onze intensieve woonlocatie wonen zes volwassen cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking en bijkomende problematiek. Jij biedt duidelijkheid, rust en nabijheid en helpt bewoners om zich, binnen hun mogelijkheden, zo goed mogelijk te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als ondersteunend begeleider ondersteun je de bewoners bij het dagelijks leven. Je zorgt samen met je collega's voor een voorspelbaar en betekenisvol dagprogramma, waarin rust, duidelijkheid en veiligheid centraal staan. Je kijkt goed naar wat een bewoner nodig heeft en sluit aan bij zijn of haar mogelijkheden. Dit doe je door nabij te zijn, structuur te bieden en samen te kijken naar wat wél kan. Op de woning wonen zes cliënten tussen de 27 en 49 jaar met een licht tot matig verstandelijke beperking en bijkomende problematiek, zoals autisme, hechtingsproblematiek en epilepsie. Hun sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling ligt ongeveer tussen de 12 maanden en 2,5 jaar. Dit vraagt om begeleiding die aansluit bij hun belevingswereld. Je leert de bewoners goed kennen en ontdekt wat voor hen werkt. Door voorspelbaar en eenduidig te handelen, help je mee aan een stabiele en vertrouwde basis. De begeleiding kan intensief zijn. Bewoners kunnen moeilijk verstaanbaar laten zien. Jij blijft ook in lastige situaties rustig en professioneel. Je weet wanneer je nabijheid moet bieden, wanneer je duidelijk moet zijn en wanneer je de samenwerking met je collega's nodig hebt. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de bewoners de ondersteuning krijgen die bij hen past. Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt in een betrokken team waarin jullie samen verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een prettig en veilig leefklimaat. Je bespreekt wat je ziet, komt afspraken na en staat open voor feedback.
