Het werk bestaat uit het ontwikkelen en verder brengen van diverse opgaven in de regio, zoals preventieve en positieve gezondheid, verbinding met acute- en chronische zorg, samenwerking 1e en 2e lijn. Wij bieden je deze baan voor minimaal 1 jaar en met trots aan, reageer snel! Ons aanbod Deze baan betreft een projectaanstelling voor 12 maanden en voor 32 tot 36 uur per week. Op deze functie is de cao van de gemeenten van toepassing, zodat je profiteert van dezelfde arbeidsvoorwaarden als je collega's bij de gemeente. Wij houden de gemeente schaal 10. Welke werkzaamheden doe je als Ondersteunend Beleidsmedewerker IZA - GALA? Diverse (maatschappelijke) ontwikkelingen maken dat de zorg onder druk staat. In september 2022 is landelijk het Integraal Zorgakkoord (IZA) gesloten. Het IZA heeft als insteek om over de domeinen heen oplossingen te bieden om de zorg in de toekomst toegankelijk en betaalbaar te houden. Sinds het najaar van 2025 is hier bovenop het Aanvullend Zorg en Welzijnsakkoord (AZWA) gesloten. De landelijke opdracht wordt per zorgkantoorregio verder uitgewerkt. In de uitwerking van de landelijke akkoorden zoeken we naar synergie, efficiëntie en een integrale aanpak op inhoud en proces. Bewegen van zorg naar preventie is een belangrijke sleutel, net als betere samenwerking tussen het medisch en het sociaal domein. De gemeenten hebben een ambtelijke werkgroep ingericht om de samenwerking in de praktijk te brengen. Ter ondersteuning van die werkgroep en ter ondersteuning bij de verdere uitwerking van het AZWA, waarbij de ketenaanpakken een sleutelrol spelen, zoeken we een zelfstandig w...
