Voor een stabiel en familiaal accountantskantoor in Wuustwezel zoeken we een ondersteunend dossierbeheerder die energie haalt uit structuur, nauwkeurigheid en voorbereidend boekhoudkundig werk. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel binnen het team en zorgt ervoor dat de dossierbeheerders op een efficiënte manier verder kunnen.

Het kantoor heeft meer dan 35 jaar ervaring in de begeleiding van kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen uit verschillende sectoren. Dankzij een sterke digitalisering en een persoonlijke aanpak is er ruimte voor kwalitatief werk én een gezonde work-life balance.

Jouw rol

Je ondersteunt de dossierbeheerders bij de dagelijkse verwerking van hun dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct en tijdig wordt voorbereid.

  • Inboeken van aan- en verkoopfacturen, banken en diverse verrichtingen
  • Voorbereiden van personenbelastingaangiften
  • Administratieve ondersteuning binnen de dossiers
  • Eerste telefonische en schriftelijke communicatie met klanten
  • Opvolgen en vervolledigen van ontbrekende documenten
  • Zorgen dat dossiers volledig en correct voorbereid zijn

Heb je de ambitie om verder door te groeien? Dan kan je takenpakket geleidelijk uitgebreid worden met:

  • Voorbereiden van btw-aangiften
  • Debiteuren- en crediteurenopvolging
  • Voorbereiding van jaarrekeningen en rapporteringen
  • Geleidelijke doorgroei naar een volwaardig dossierbeheerder

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een graduaat Boekhouden, Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkaardige economische opleiding
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor is mooi meegenomen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen dossiers
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om stap voor stap extra verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten en collega's
