Je werkt als ondersteunend juridisch medewerker bij de gemeente Den Haag. Hier versterk je de Adviescommissie Bezwaarschriften. Achter de schermen speel jij een cruciale rol bij eerlijke besluitvorming. wat bieden wij jou Een bruto-uurloon tussen de € 16,65 en € 24,00 Een functie t/m 15-10-2027, met kans op verlenging Een oplopende eindejaarsuitkering van 7,55% Een 32 tot 36-urige werkweek Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,10 per km, ook met OV Werken voor de gemeente Den Haag wie ben jij Als ondersteunend juridisch medewerker ben je een gestructureerde en communicatieve aanpakker. Je bewaart de rust bij strakke deadlines, denkt vooruit en bent servicegericht. Ook sta je stevig in je schoenen wanneer je telefonisch contact hebt met inwoners. Je handelt altijd met oog voor de menselijke maat. Daarnaast heb je: - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; - ervaring met administratieve of secretariële werkzaamheden; - goede digitale vaardigheden en ervaring met Office (zaaksystemen zoals OCTOPUS/Oracle is een pré); - affiniteit met juridische processen of bestuursrecht (kennis van de Awb is mooi meegenomen) en - een proactieve, nauwkeurige en collegiale werkhouding. wat ga je doen De Adviescommissie Bezwaarschriften behandelt jaarlijks ruim 4.500 bezwaren over onderwerpen als parkeren, vergunningen en subsidies. Samen met het team Administratief Secretariaat zorg jij dat al deze dossiers administratief op orde zijn. Ongeveer 10% van je tijd heb je telefonisch contact met bezwaarmakers.
