Ondersteunend medewerker, Landskroonweer Sliedrecht Als ondersteunend medewerker bij ASVZ heb je een breed takenpakket. Jouw grootste taak is het schoonhouden van de woning en daarnaast ondersteun je de begeleiders met begeleidings- en zorgtaken. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de bewoners hun dag prettig beginnen. Zet jij je daarvoor in? Je werkzaamheden Als ondersteunend medewerker zorg jij voor een schone leefomgeving voor de bewoners. Deze huishoudelijke taken doe je zelf en soms samen met de bewoners. Jij ziet wanneer een bewoner hulp nodig heeft en schakelt dan de hulp van één van de begeleiders in. Daarnaast ondersteun je bijvoorbeeld bij: eet/drink momenten, ADL handelingen, ontvang je bezoek, help je bij de was en ga je soms met iemand mee naar een (medische) afspraak. Jij herkent jezelf hierin Je houdt van een afwisselende werkdag en vindt het leuk om ondersteunend werk te doen. - Je hebt ervaring in huishoudelijk werk en vindt dit leuk om te doen. - Je hebt affiniteit met mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking. - Je maakt makkelijk contact met bewoners en collega's en beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken, ziet wanneer bewoners hulp nodig hebben en schakelt tijdig met de begeleiders. Verder kun je rekenen op: - Een jaarcontract - Een parttimebaan voor 20 uur tot 24 uur per week, verspreid over 5 dagen doordeweeks, 4 - 5 uur per dag - €2.337,00 tot €3.212,00 o.b.v. 36 uur.
