Ondersteunend medewerker, Lena Blok-Woutsstraat 5 Rotterdam Wat ga je doen? Als Ondersteunend medewerker zorg jij voor een schone leefomgeving voor de bewoners. Deze huishoudelijke taken doe je zelf en soms samen met de bewoners. Jij ziet wanneer een bewoner hulp nodig heeft en schakelt dan de hulp van één van de begeleiders in. Daarnaast ondersteun je bijvoorbeeld bij: het begeleiden bij het ontbijt klaarmaken en geven, bied je nabijheid in de woonkamer en waar nodig ondersteun je in de zorg bij het uit bed halen van cliënten. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag en je dagen zien er als volgt uit: - Van 08.00 tot 10.00 uur ondersteun je in de cliëntzorg - Van 10.00 tot 13.00 uur doe je schoonmaak- en huishoudelijke taken Over de werkplek Op deze locatie wonen zeven cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking, waaronder ook bewoners met een ernstig verstandelijke meervoudige beperking (EVMB). Non-verbale communicatie, geduld en het kunnen inspelen op kleine signalen zijn hierbij essentieel. Binnen ASVZ staat het "gewone leven" centraal. Door te kijken naar de mens in plaats van de beperking en door onvoorwaardelijke ondersteuning te bieden, lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van bestaan van bewoners.
