Voor Blijde Handjes in Hellevoetsluis zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste ondersteunend medewerker dagbesteding voor minimaal 6,5 uur per week. Onze dagbesteding is een 'werkplek' die speciaal ingericht is voor mensen met een lichamelijke en/of verstandelijke beperking. Om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen kunnen zij hier onder professionele begeleiding aan het werk gaan. Jouw werk als ondersteunend medewerker dagbesteding Als ondersteunend medewerker dagbesteding combineer je begeleiden, organiseren en meewerken op de groep. Samen met je collega's zorg iedere dag voor een veilige, voorspelbare en motiverende omgeving. Bij ons draait begeleiding om vertrouwen, duidelijkheid en ècht contact. Je werkt niet vanaf de zijlijn, maar bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkplek van onze cliënten. Van een goed gesprek en een gezamenlijk eetmoment tot het ondersteunen bij doelen en het bieden van structuur wanneer dat nodig is. Binnen onze dagbesteding is geen enkele cliënt hetzelfde, hier kom jij kijken: jij zet je vaardigheden in op het gebied van verschillende en creatieve manieren van aanpak. We werken met een duidelijke en herkenbare structuur, zodat onze cliënten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment help je een cliënt op weg met een gesprek, het volgende moment drink je samen een kop koffie of help je bij een praktische vraag. Jij weet wanneer je moet sturen, wanneer je ruimte moet geven en wanneer je er gewoon even moet zijn. Je bent dus niet alleen begeleider, maar ook een vertrouwd gezicht in het dagelijks leven van onze cliënten. Wie ben jij??
