- Over Lacor - 0113-381133 Ondersteunend medewerker Planning en Administratie Ben jij georganiseerd, heb je oog voor detail en werk je graag met klanten? Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en proactieve collega die ondersteuning biedt op onze afdeling planning en administratie. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een deel van de debiteurenadministratie en geef je planningsondersteuning binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om ervoor te zorgen dat processen soepel verlopen en dat alles tijdig en correct wordt geregistreerd. Wat ga je doen? - Het aannemen van binnenkomende telefoongesprekken en het verwerken van e-mail; - Ondersteunen bij de planning van werkzaamheden van onze monteurs; - Verwerken van administratieve gegevens, o.a. werkbonnen, offertes en opdrachtbonnen; - Ondersteunen bij het beheer van debiteurenadministratie, waaronder het aanmaken van verkoopfacturen; Wat heb je nodig? - Je hebt een MBO diploma in een administratieve richting en aantoonbare werkervaring; - Je bent 24 uur per week beschikbaar, de werkdagen zijn dinsdag, woensdag en donderdag; - Je bent klantgericht en je kan goed plannen en organiseren; - Je hebt een proactieve, nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding; - Je bent bekend met Microsoft Office; - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je bent bereid om een paar keer per jaar mee te draaien met onze bereikbaarheidsdiensten; Wat hebben wij je te bieden? - Een marktconform salaris en goede secundaire voorwaarden; - Een informele organisatie waarin je volop de kans krijgt om je te ontwikkelen en initiatieven te nemen; - Veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid; - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 atv-dagen per jaar (o.b.v. 40-urige werkweek); - Overuren laten uitbetalen of opnemen als "tijd voor tijd"; - Mogelijkheid om opleidingen, cursussen en trainingen te volgen om nog beter te worden in jouw vakgebied; - Activiteiten buitenom ...
