Ben jij een sociaal betrokken generalist die graag van betekenis wil zijn voor anderen? Wil je werken op een bijzondere plek waar wonen, werken, solidariteit en duurzaamheid samenkomen? Dan is dit jouw kans. Bij Emmaus Langeweg werk je in een woon-werkgemeenschap waar mensen vanuit idealen samenleven en samenwerken met mensen die uit een moeilijke situatie komen en weer op weg zijn naar een eigen plek in de maatschappij. Je komt te werken op een unieke locatie: het voormalige Kapucijnenklooster in Langeweg. Wij bieden een afwisselende en betekenisvolle functie met ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en, indien gewenst op termijn, mogelijk ook woonruimte in een zelfstandig appartement. Wat ga je doen? Als ondersteunend medewerker wonen en kringloopbedrijf ondersteun je de leidinggevenden in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je neemt een deel van hun taken over en springt bij waar nodig. Ook vervang je de leidinggevenden tijdens vakantie of afwezigheid. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - ondersteunen van de dagelijkse leiding binnen de woon-werkgemeenschap; - begeleiden van werkzaamheden binnen het kringloopbedrijf; - meedenken en meewerken in de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen wonen en werken; - ondersteunen van bewoners, vrijwilligers en medewerkers; - signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan oplossingen; - mede zorgdragen voor een veilig, sociaal en prettig woon- en werkklimaat; - bijdragen aan de continuïteit van de organisatie en de uitvoering van het gedachtegoed van Emmaus.
