Daarom is er de Adviesraad Sociaal Domein, een onafhankelijke groep betrokken inwoners die het college van burgemeester en wethouders adviseert over onderwerpen als zorg, werk, inkomen, inclusie en welzijn. Om de adviesraad goed te laten functioneren, zoeken we een ondersteuner die zorgt dat de dagelijkse organisatie en administratie soepel verloopt. Zo kunnen de leden en de voorzitter zich volledig richten op hun inhoudelijke taken en adviesrol. Opdracht Wat ga je doen? Als ondersteuner ben jij de spil in de organisatie van de adviesraad. Je zorgt voor overzicht en continuïteit, organiseert processen en houdt deadlines scherp in de gaten. Je taken zijn onder andere: - Opstellen en verspreiden van vergaderagenda’s en verslagen, inclusief verslagen van adviesgesprekken; - Plannen en organiseren van vergaderingen: locaties, uitnodigingen, faciliteiten; - Bij.
