Ondersteuner belangenbehartiging AVV heeft een vacature voor een enthousiaste: Ondersteuner belangenbehartiging Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt de belangenbehartigers bij het sluiten van cao's en sociale plannen door vragen van leden te beantwoorden, bijvoorbeeld over de locatie van een overleg, of over de afspraken in een sociaal plan. Zijn er praktische vragen rondom arbeidsvoorwaarden of nieuwe regelgeving, dan zoek jij dat uit. Je werkt intensief samen met het communicatieteam. Daarnaast help je mee bij bijeenkomsten om de onderhandelingen voor te bereiden en input op te halen. Bijvoorbeeld door een verslag te maken of een zaal of lunch te regelen voor een bijeenkomst. Daarnaast ga je ook voor het team aan de slag, bijvoorbeeld in kantoorbeheer en office management. Wie zoeken wij? - Je vindt het leuk om dingen te organiseren. - Je bent een zelfstarter en proactief en je kunt goed samenwerken. - Je bent bereid nieuwe vaardigheden te leren en je staat open voor feedback. Wij zijn AVV aan het uitbouwen. Je krijgt ruimte om dat samen met ons te doen. - Flexibiliteit in werktijden, zelfstandigheid en autonomie in je werk. Wij gaan ervan uit dat jij ervoor gaat, net als wij! Op welke momenten je dat doet bepaal je grotendeels zelf. Wij hebben een vaste kantoordag op maandag. - Contract voor bepaalde tijd (1 jaar) met uitzicht op verlenging bij goed functioneren.
