Dan hebben wij een functie bij het Bureau College van Bestuur voor je waarin je je energie volop kunt inzetten! Dit ga je doen In deze functie werk je in het hart van de organisatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en de ondersteuner van één van de leden van het College van Bestuur. Daarnaast ben je samen met je twee collega's ook verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van het College van Bestuur als bestuurlijk team en heb je daarnaast een rol in de voorbereiding van Hanze-brede activiteiten. We verwachten dat je leuk vindt om een oplossing te bedenken voor het inplannen van afspraken in overvolle agenda's en je verzorgt de correspondentie zowel intern als extern. Je bewaakt de voortgang van acties en gemaakte afspraken en hebt hier een aanjagende rol; jij denkt vooruit en handelt proactief. Denk je dat het nog slimmer kan? Top! Dan horen wij dat graag en krijg je de ruimte dit te realiseren. Hier ga je werken Samen met twee andere ondersteuners, twee bestuursmedewerkers en je collega's van het Bureau College van Bestuur werk je intensief met elkaar samen om het bestuur (dat bestaat uit drie collegeleden) als collectief team goed te laten functioneren. Er wordt actief kennis met elkaar gedeeld en bij afwezigheid vervang je je collega('s). Jij bent samen met je collega's het visitekaartje! Je bent werkzaam op een mooie centrale locatie op het Zerniketerrein. Samen met de andere twee ondersteuners, bestuursmedewerkers, jurist, internal auditors en lobbyist vormen jullie het bestuursbu...
