Jij bent een belangrijke schakel voor de activiteiten van de bewoners. Als ondersteuner dagbesteding ben jij degene die ondersteuning biedt aan de bewoners bij de uitvoering van de dagelijkse activiteiten. Je hebt directe interactie met de bewoners, je faciliteert en ondersteunt ze bij activiteiten en bevordert hiermee hun zelfwerkzaamheid. Ook behoren de administratieve taken rondom het regelen en uitvoeren van de activiteiten tot jouw takenpakket. Je creëert een band met de bewoners, zodat zij het leuk en vertrouwd vinden om activiteiten met je uit te voeren en graag naar de dagbesteding komen. Communicatie, empathie en respect zijn hierbij kernwoorden. Ook luisteren naar individuele behoeften zijn van belang. Op basis daarvan kun je inspelen op die behoefte en creëer je een aantrekkelijk aanbod. Je werkt nauw samen met andere collega's en de locatiecoördinator. Informatie over de behoeften en voortgang van bewoners wordt gedeeld, zodat we het aanbod van activiteiten kunnen optimaliseren. Wat breng je mee? - MBO werk en denkniveau; - Affiniteit met opvanglocaties en de bijkomende problematiek /vraagstukken; - Pedagogische werkervaring en/of werkervaring in de zorgsector is een pre; - Je spreekt vloeiend Engels; - Het spreken van Arabisch of Turks is een pré: - Je bent een ondersteuner, een luisteraar en oplosser; - Je werkt erg nauwkeurig, bent flexibel en stressbestendig; - Je hebt uitstekende (schriftelijke) communicatieve vaardigheden.
