Een vlotte en veilige scheepvaart vraagt om een sterke organisatie achter de schermen. Het Loodsen Informatie Systeem (LIS) speelt daarin een sleutelrol. Dag en nacht vertrouwen collega's op dit systeem om de inzet van loodsen en operationele processen te ondersteunen.

Als Ondersteuner LIS ben jij hét aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie voor alles wat met het systeem te maken heeft. Je ondersteunt gebruikers, lost problemen op, organiseert opleidingen en zorgt ervoor dat collega's vlot en efficiënt met het systeem kunnen werken.

Je vervult een unieke rol binnen het Loodswezen. Als expert van het LIS werk je nauw samen met een data strategist die zich richt op de verdere ontwikkeling en architectuur van het systeem. Jij focust op de dagelijkse werking: je zorgt ervoor dat het systeem betrouwbaar functioneert en dat gebruikers steeds op jouw ondersteuning kunnen rekenen.

Je voelt je thuis in een digitale omgeving en maakt vlot gebruik van courante softwaretoepassingen. Je hoeft geen IT-specialist te zijn, maar bent wel nieuwsgierig naar systemen en haalt voldoening uit het analyseren van vragen en het zoeken naar oplossingen.

Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op. Omdat het LIS een belangrijke rol speelt binnen een tijdskritische 24/7-werking, blijf je ook onder druk rustig en behoud je het overzicht. Je schakelt snel, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en handelt doelgericht wanneer zich een probleem voordoet.

Daarnaast haal je energie uit contact met collega's. Je luistert, communiceert helder en ondersteunt gebruikers op een klantgerichte manier.

Je standplaats is Antwerpen of Gent. Omdat het Loodswezen actief is op verschillende locaties in Vlaanderen, verplaats je je af en toe voor overleg of opleidingen. Tijdens je inwerkperiode en voor het geven van opleidingen zal Gent een belangrijke uitvalsbasis zijn.
