Regio Nijmegen Meer details Ondersteuner mobiliteit Functieomschrijving Voor de uitvoering van het recent vastgestelde Uitvoeringsplan Mobiliteit, dat verschillende mobiliteitsprojecten voor de komende jaren omvat, is er dringend behoefte aan een Ondersteuner Mobiliteit. Vanwege de politieke urgentie rondom duurzame mobiliteit is extra ondersteuning nodig bij het beantwoorden van raadsvragen, het afhandelen van moties, en het reageren op vragen vanuit wijken, dorpsraden en burgers. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het organiseren van bijeenkomsten, het voorbereiden en vastleggen van overleggen binnen het taakveld mobiliteit, en bij projecten uit het uitvoeringsplan Verantwoordelijkheden. - Ondersteunen van beleidsadviseurs en verkeersdeskundigen bij administratieve taken, zoals het afhandelen van moties, raadsvragen, en het opstellen van raadsinformatiebrieven. - Voorbereiden van vergaderingen met beleidsmedewerkers, inclusief het opstellen van agenda's en het maken van verslagen. - Organiseren van bijeenkomsten en evenementen die betrekking hebben op mobiliteit. - Beantwoorden van eenvoudige vragen van burgers en raadsleden over mobiliteit. - Actief bijdragen aan de uitvoering van het mobiliteitsbeleid en het functioneren van het taakveld mobiliteit. Vereisten - Een relevante Mbo/Hbo opleiding. - Je hebt een proactieve, flexibele en klantgerichte instelling en bent bereid om af en toe in de avonduren te werken. - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Je hebt ervaring met het organiseren van bijeenkomsten, van planning tot uitvoering. - Je hebt affiniteit met mobiliteit en verkeer. Bedrijfsprofiel De opdrachtgever is een gemeente Arbeidsvoorwaarden - De functie betreft een werkweek van 36 uur - IKB (individueel keuze budget) van 17,05%.
